Lily & Roses Exquisite Events was born of a passion for beautifully crafted celebrations. We are a one stop shop that focuses on event planning, day of coordination and event design since 2012. With offices in Montreal and Ottawa, our team of event planners travels across the country and worldwide to orchestrate and execute all the details of your events. Our main goal is to offer a stress free and memorable experience to each of our client.

With experience and field knowledge, we naturally evolved and grew in other spheres of the event planning world. Soon enough we planned and designed corporate events, fundraisers, golf tournaments and team building retreats. With the same attention to details, we are thrilled to be working with our returning corporate clients in creating unique experiences for their teams. After all, work often becomes a second home for many, and feeling part of something bigger is what we are all about.

With over 12 years of experience in the fashion and marketing industries, Shadia is the lead event planner. Dedicated, ambitious, compassionate... she is a force of nature! Shadia connects with clients and business partners like no others. Creativity is one of her strong suit and seeing her visions come to life one event at a time is truly magical. Shadia is beyond excited to be working hand in hand with you in creating a one of a kind celebration for you and yours.
Francesca
Handy-woman, crafter, graphic artist, accountant, IT specialist… these are only few of Francesca's expertise. She is the backbone of the business and thrives on new projects and challenges. Francesca has a strong analytic sense and doesn’t take "no" for an answer. Driven, meticulous, patient and resourceful are a few of her many qualities. With Francesca as the project manager of your event, you can rest assured all details will be looked into with the most care and dedication.
